Roasties with smoked paprika, coriander and soured cream

Ingredients

  • 500g new potatoes, halved

  • light olive oil/vegetable oil

  • Flaky sea salt

  • 2 tsp. smoked paprika

  • handful coriander, chopped

  • 100g soured cream


Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/200°C/gas mark 6.

  2. Place the potatoes in a roasted tin, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with the smoked paprika and flaky sea salt.

  3. Give the roasting tin a good shake, and roast for 45 minutes until the potatoes are lovely and brown and a knife goes through a potato with no resistance.

  4. Mix through the coriander and serve topped with dollops of soured cream.
