Ingredients
500g new potatoes, halved
light olive oil/vegetable oil
Flaky sea salt
2 tsp. smoked paprika
handful coriander, chopped
100g soured cream
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/200°C/gas mark 6.
Place the potatoes in a roasted tin, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with the smoked paprika and flaky sea salt.
Give the roasting tin a good shake, and roast for 45 minutes until the potatoes are lovely and brown and a knife goes through a potato with no resistance.
Mix through the coriander and serve topped with dollops of soured cream.
