Ingredients
1/2 cucumber, finely sliced
80g radishes, finely sliced
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. chilli flakes
1 tbsp. honey
2cm ginger, grated
1 tbsp. sesame oil
2 pork chops
Rice or noodles, to serve
Method
In a bowl combine the cucumber, radishes, sugar, white wine vinegar, chilli flakes, saly & pepper. Set aside to pickle.
To make the sauce, combine the honey, ginger, sesame oil and 2 tbsp. warm water.
To cook the pork chops, heat a drizzle of oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add the chops and cook for around 5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
Once ready, set aside to rest and add the sauce to the pan. Stir frequently for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
Slice the pork and serve over rice or noodles with the marinated vegetables and topped with the sauce.
