Ingredients

  • 2 of your favourite steaks (rib-eye works really well here)

  • 2 tbsp. hoisin sauce

  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce

  • Drizzle vegetable oil

  • 4 spring onions, finely chopped

  • Small handful coriander,

    finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 3cm ginger, grated

  • 1 tsp. sugar

  • 1 lime

  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds

  • Rice and steamed pak choi, to serve
