Greek chicken kebab wrap with tzatziki

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast, sliced

  • 2 tbsp. Greek yoghurt

  • 2 clove garlic, crushed

  • 1 tsp. ground cumin

  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika

  • 2 tsp. dried oregano

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • Olive oil

  • 1/4 cucumber, seeds removed and grated

  • 150g Greek yoghurt

  • 1 clove garlic, grated

  • Small handful dill, finely chopped

  • Small handful mint, finely chopped


  • 2 flatbreads/wraps

  • 1/2 iceberg lettuce

  • Few tomatoes, seeds removed and diced



Method

  1. Put the chicken in a bowl along with the 2 tbsp. Greek yoghurt, 2 cloves garlic, spices and half of the lemon juice along with a drizzle of oil. Chill to marinate for a couple of hours, if you have the time.

  2. For the tzatziki, mix the cucumber, 150g Greek yoghurt, 1 clove garlic, dill and mint in a bowl and season well.

  3. Heat a little oil in a frying pan or griddle pan over a medium-high heat and add the chicken. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until a little charred and cooked through.

  4. Warm the flatbreads, spread with tzatziki, top with lettuce, tomato, chicken and a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce. Serve any remaining lettuce, tomato and tzatziki on the side.
