Ingredients
2 chicken breast, sliced
2 tbsp. Greek yoghurt
2 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. smoked paprika
2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 lemon, juiced
Olive oil
1/4 cucumber, seeds removed and grated
150g Greek yoghurt
1 clove garlic, grated
Small handful dill, finely chopped
Small handful mint, finely chopped
2 flatbreads/wraps
1/2 iceberg lettuce
Few tomatoes, seeds removed and diced
Method
Put the chicken in a bowl along with the 2 tbsp. Greek yoghurt, 2 cloves garlic, spices and half of the lemon juice along with a drizzle of oil. Chill to marinate for a couple of hours, if you have the time.
For the tzatziki, mix the cucumber, 150g Greek yoghurt, 1 clove garlic, dill and mint in a bowl and season well.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan or griddle pan over a medium-high heat and add the chicken. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until a little charred and cooked through.
Warm the flatbreads, spread with tzatziki, top with lettuce, tomato, chicken and a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce. Serve any remaining lettuce, tomato and tzatziki on the side.
