Ingredients
2 tbsp. cranberry sauce
2 tsp. honey
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1 spring onion, finely chopped
2 pork chops
Salads and crusty bread, to serve
Method
Combine the cranberry sauce, honey, red wine vinegar and spring onions.
Use to marinade the pork chops. Chill for as long as you have, up to 24 hours.
Grill for 6-8 minutes each side until cooked through.
Serve with salads and crusty bread.
