Ingredients
Light olive oil/vegetable oil
2 chicken breasts, sliced
1.5 tbsp. honey
1.5 tsbp. balsamic vinegar
1.5 tbsp. soy sauce
Rice and green veg to serve
Method
Place a frying pan over a medium-high heat and add a drizzle of light olive oil/vegetable oil.
Add the chicken to the pan and cook for a few minutes until starting to brown.
Add the honey, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce, continue to cook until the chicken is cooked through and coated in the sauce.
Serve with some cooked rice and green veg on the side.
